Solstice Perfumes is looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-friendly Sales Representative & Store Manager to manage our perfume kiosk at Tribeca High Street Mall, NIBM, Pune and provide an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, explaining fragrances, handling sales, and independently managing the day-to-day operations of the store/kiosk.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Handling

- Welcome and assist customers at the kiosk.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes.
- Explain fragrance profiles, notes, longevity, and product features.
- Conduct perfume demonstrations and sampling.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Build good relationships with regular customers.

Store/Kiosk Management

- Independently manage the day-to-day operations of the kiosk.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and premium presentation of the store.
- Ensure all products are properly displayed and adequately stocked.
- Monitor inventory and inform management about low-stock products.
- Handle billing, payments, and basic order processing.




- Maintain daily sales and stock records.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the kiosk.
- Coordinate with management regarding stock requirements and operational issues.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and billing systems.
- Previous experience in retail, mall sales, cosmetics, perfumes, fashion, or lifestyle products will be an advantage.
- Freshers with positive communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Ability to independently manage the kiosk and take responsibility for sales and store operations.

Working Schedule

- 6 days working per week
- 1 weekday off
- Weekend and mall-event working is compulsory.
- Working hours will be as per mall operating hours.
