Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in freight brokerage
- Experience working with US freight / logistics processes preferred
- Good understanding of the freight brokerage industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
