SALES COUNSELLOR – DADU MEDICAL CENTRE PVT. LTD.

Location: Rajouri Garden & Vasant Vihar, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient consultations and convert enquiries into appointments and sales.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and existing patients.
- Explain treatments, packages, pricing, and offers to patients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with patients and ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with Doctors, CRM, Therapists, Front Desk, and Operations teams.
- Handle patient queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain daily sales records, follow-ups, and MIS reports.
- Drive repeat business, package upgrades, and referrals.
- Support clinic promotional activities and sales initiatives.

Requirements





- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales/Counselling.
- Preferred: Candidates from Dermatology, Aesthetic, Cosmetic Clinic, Healthcare, IVF, Dental, Wellness, or Hospitality industries.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.

Job Details

- Working Hours: 9 Hours
- All Sundays Working
- One Week Off on a Weekday
- Must be comfortable working at both Rajouri Garden & Vasant Vihar branches.
- Attractive Sales Incentives based on performance.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
