Job description:

· Backhand support to laboratory

· Handle incoming calls addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

· Working ERP and update the ERP as per requirement and supporting team for testing activity.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.

· Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Submission of PI

· Payment Follow-up

· Go-getter/ Aggressive I Hardcore sales person

· Positive attitude (Willingness to put in extra efforts in terms of time. Thirst for self-

improvement)

· Focused with Explicit Vision

· Excellent communication skills (especially in English)

· Product knowledge (Training provided)

· Negotiation skills

· Computer knowledge

· Commercial knowledge

Education: B. Sc, M. Sc, Diploma and Degree (Engineering)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
