The Opportunity
We are looking for a Change Consultant to join our growing Change & Transformation practice in India. This is a build-and-deliver role: you will help develop the practice's methodology, tools, and reusable assets while supporting live client engagements. It is ideal for a change professional who enjoys both crafting the underlying approach and rolling up their sleeves on delivery.
You will work alongside the Practice Lead and cross-functional consulting teams on life sciences transformation programmes, contributing across the full spectrum of organisational change management — stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and enablement, change impact assessment, and adoption. As one of the foundational hires in the practice, you will have excellent scope to shape how we work and to grow with the practice as it scales.
Key Responsibilities
Build change management assets, methodology, and approach
- Develop reusable change assets — templates, playbooks, toolkits, and accelerators for stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communications, training, and adoption measurement — that raise the quality and consistency of delivery across engagements.
- Codify the practice methodology — help shape a scalable, repeatable change management framework and operating approach that can be tailored to different clients and programme types.
- Contribute to practice IP — capture lessons learned, case studies, and benchmarks, and help build the knowledge base that differentiates Chryselys in the market.
Support client delivery
- Deliver change workstreams — support the design and execution of change management plans on client programmes, working within blended Chryselys and client teams.
- Assess change impact and readiness — conduct stakeholder and change impact analyses, readiness assessments, and adoption tracking, translating findings into practical interventions.
- Engage stakeholders — help plan and facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder sessions, and manage relationships with client counterparts at working and management levels.
Communications, learning, and enablement
- Craft communications — develop clear, audience-appropriate change communications, messaging, and engagement materials across multiple channels and stakeholder groups.
- Design learning and enablement — contribute to training needs analysis, and the design and delivery of learning materials, quick-reference guides, and enablement content that drive user adoption.
- Champion adoption — design and monitor adoption measures, feedback loops, and reinforcement mechanisms to embed new ways of working.
Project management and governance
- Manage change activities — plan, track, and report on change workstream activities, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies against programme timelines.
- Support governance — maintain plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and status reporting, and prepare materials for steering and governance forums.
- Coordinate across workstreams — work closely with programme, data, and technology teams to align change activity with the broader transformation.
Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- 4–8 years' experience in change management, organisational change, transformation, or a closely related discipline (change communications, learning and development,
organisational design, or transformation project management).
- Life sciences exposure — experience working with, or within, pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, or broader life sciences organisations.
- Hands-on change delivery — a demonstrable track record across the core change disciplines: stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, training and enablement, and adoption.
- Strong communication skills — excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to produce polished client-ready materials and to engage stakeholders with confidence.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Desirable
- Change certification — Prosci / ADKAR, APMG Change Management, CCMP, or equivalent.
- Project management credentials — PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar.
- Domain experience with commercial, medical affairs, or data transformations in life sciences (e.g. CRM, master data management, data platforms, or new operating models).
- Tooling — confident with PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools; familiarity with survey, analytics, or change-adoption tools is a plus.
- Consulting background — experience delivering in a professional services, consulting, or advisory setting, ideally on transformation or change programmes.
What You Bring
- A builder's mindset — comfortable creating structure, tools, and assets where none yet exist.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- The ability to manage ambiguity and to balance methodology-building with live delivery.
- A collaborative, client-focused style and the credibility to work with senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively across time zones in a globally distributed team.
Why Join Us
This is a rare opportunity to help build a change and transformation practice from the ground up within a fast-growing life sciences analytics firm. You will work on high-impact global transformation programmes for leading pharmaceutical clients, shape the methods and assets that define how we deliver, and grow your career as the practice scales.
