Assistant Manager – Sales & Service

Experience Required

4–8 years of relevant experience in the Industrial Automation / Equipment Sales & Service industry.

Industry / Technical Background

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are preferred:

- Industrial Automation
- Robotics & Automation
- Special Purpose Machines (SPM)
- Welding Equipment
- Industrial Equipment Sales
- Automation Machinery / Industrial Solutions

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop sales opportunities for industrial automation and equipment solutions.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Handle customer enquiries, requirements, quotations, negotiations and order follow-up.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop current accounts.
- Coordinate with technical/service teams to understand and address customer requirements.
- Support installation, commissioning and after-sales service coordination.




- Conduct customer visits and product/solution presentations.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and customer updates.
- Travel to customer locations as required.

Candidate Requirements

- 4–8 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in industrial equipment sales and/or service.
- Good understanding of industrial automation and machinery.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage customer interactions and sales activities.
- English and Tamil communication skills are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Compensation & Benefits

- Travel allowance provided.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
