We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, visual storytelling, and social media content, with the ability to work across both graphic design and video editing.

Job Summary

As a Graphic & Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for EPIC's social media platforms, events, campaigns, websites, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to understand creative requirements, develop visual concepts, edit videos, and deliver high-quality content within deadlines.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Create engaging and professional graphics for social media, websites, campaigns, events, and marketing activities.
- Design posters, banners, event creatives, presentations, promotional materials, invitations, and digital assets.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and brand requirements.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colours, layouts, and visual identity.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and other platforms.
- Create event-related creatives, including speaker announcements, event promotions, highlights, invitations, and promotional campaigns.

Video Editing & Content Creation

- Edit Instagram Reels, promotional videos, event highlights, interviews, testimonials, educational content, and campaign videos.




- Edit and organise raw video footage, photographs, audio, and other media assets.
- Add transitions, subtitles, text overlays, music, sound effects, animations, and other visual elements.
- Create short-form and long-form video content suitable for different social media platforms.
- Repurpose existing content into engaging social media formats.
- Support video production and content creation during EPIC events, webinars, and programmes.
- Ensure videos are visually engaging, professionally edited, and aligned with the intended audience and platform.

Creative & Team Collaboration

- Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to understand creative briefs and requirements.
- Convert ideas, concepts, and raw content into professional visual assets.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, video editing, social media, and content trends.
- Maintain organised folders, project files, source files, and creative assets.
- Take creative ownership of assigned projects and suggest current ideas for improving visual content.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in graphic design, video editing, or a similar creative role.
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, composition, colour theory, layouts, and visual storytelling.




- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for visual quality.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- A portfolio of previous graphic design and video editing work is required.

- CapCut or similar video editing tools
