- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Support employee onboarding and maintain accurate employee documentation.
- Assist in managing the HRMS and updating employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR information.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal initiatives.
- Address employee queries and provide timely support on HR-related matters.
- Assist with employee relations and maintain a positive workplace experience.
- Support exit formalities, documentation, and employee clearance processes.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for payroll-related inputs and other HR requirements.
- Assist in drafting and maintaining HR policies, guidelines, and internal communications.
- Support employer branding initiatives and HR-related content for social media and other platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and reduce repetitive manual work.
- Maintain HR reports, trackers,



and employee data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, tools, and workplace trends.
- Take ownership of assigned HR activities and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.

Internship Duration: 3–6 months
Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Chance for a full-time role based on internship performance, contribution, and organizational requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
