HR MANAGER

Industry: Construction / Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for our Head Office & Project Sites.

Experience

5–10 Years

Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction / Infrastructure industry preferred

Location

Chennai

Salary

₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Salary will be based on experience, skills & suitability

Key Responsibilities

* Manage complete HR operations – HO & Sites

* Recruitment & manpower planning

* Construction site workforce management

* Attendance, leave & payroll coordination

* EPF, ESI & labour statutory compliance

* Employee relations & grievance handling

* Performance appraisal & HR policies

* Disciplinary actions & employee documentation

* Labour contractor & site coordination





* Employee welfare & administration

Candidate Profile

✔ MBA / PGDM – HR preferred

✔ Strong knowledge of EPF & ESI

✔ Good knowledge of labour laws & compliance

✔ Excellent communication & people-management skills

✔Strong MS Excel & HR documentation skills

✔ Ability to independently handle HO HR + Site HR
