About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Executive to join our team and handle end-to-end travel bookings and customer queries. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge of airlines and hotel operations, along with hands-on expertise in GDS (Amadeus) ticketing and PNR creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle air ticket bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and re-issuance using Amadeus GDS
- Create, modify, and manage PNRs accurately as per client requirements
- Provide end-to-end travel solutions including domestic and international flight bookings, hotel reservations, and other travel-related services
- Respond promptly to customer queries related to flights, fares, schedules, and hotel bookings
- Coordinate with airlines and hotel vendors to resolve booking issues, fare discrepancies, and special requests
- Ensure accuracy in fare quotes, itineraries, and travel documentation
- Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, visa requirements, and travel advisories
- Handle queries during assigned shifts in a 24x7 rotational work environment
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure timely resolution of all travel requests
- Upsell/cross-sell travel products such as travel insurance, hotel packages, and add-on services where applicable





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Travel Executive/Travel Consultant
- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS — PNR creation, ticketing, and fare rules
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international airlines, routes, and fare structures
- Working knowledge of hotel booking systems and hotel industry practices
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts and on weekends/holidays as required
- Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism background preferred)

Work Conditions

- This is a full-time, work-from-office role
- Candidate must be flexible to work in a 24-hour operational environment.
- Should be available to attend to customer queries as and when they arise.

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Additional GDS knowledge (Galileo/Sabre)
- Experience in international ticketing and fare construction
- Prior experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or airline back-office role

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
