Job Summary

Suryabala Group is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused EV Car Sales Consultants to join our sales team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customers, conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend showroom walk-in customers and online enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, range, charging, pricing, and finance options.
- Arrange and conduct test drives for prospective customers.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital enquiries, and local marketing activities.
- Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up details in the CRM/DMS.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
- Develop customer referrals and repeat business.
- Participate in showroom activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Maintain professional standards and proper presentation at the showroom.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Interest in electric vehicles and the automobile industry.
- Good Tamil and English communication skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude with good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales environment.
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Candidates from Coimbatore and nearby areas preferred.
