Job Title: Manager – Finance (Qualified CA)

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Finance to lead the end-to-end Accounts & Finance function. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, financial controls, and supporting senior management with meaningful financial insights. Prior experience in Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or Multi-location business will be an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts & Finance function.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures and finalization of financial statements.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with IND AS and applicable accounting standards.
- Calculate and account for Deferred Tax (IND AS 12) and ensure accurate disclosures.
- Handle tax audits, statutory audits, internal audits, and coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors & process auditors.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow statements & financial model.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Treasury, and Working Capital Management.
- Ensure compliance with the MSME Act, including vendor payment timelines and statutory reporting.
- Evaluate and claim benefits under Section 80JJAA of the Income Tax Act and other eligible tax incentives.
- Coordinate Actuarial Valuation for employee benefit obligations such as Gratuity and Leave Encashment.
- Lead Due Diligence activities for investments, acquisitions, fundraising, or strategic business transactions.
- Strengthen financial controls, accounting processes, and SOPs across the organization.




- Ensure accurate fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and capitalization.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, tax authorities, and government departments.
- Support senior management with financial analysis, business insights, and strategic decision-making.
- Mentor, train, and manage the Accounts & Finance team to ensure operational excellence.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 8–12 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong expertise in IND AS, financial statement finalization, deferred tax, due diligence, actuarial valuation, MSME compliance, and Section 80JJAA.
- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and statutory compliances.
- Robust experience in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and working capital.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or multi-location business experience will be an added advantage.

1. Salary: As per experience and suitability; finalized during the physical interview with the management.
