We are looking for an exceptionally creative and marketing-oriented Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual stories while strengthening our brand identity across digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent design aesthetics, strategic thinking, marketing understanding, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex sustainability concepts through engaging visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

- Lead the creative development of the organization’s visual identity.
- Ensure consistency of branding across all communication channels.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, events, publications, and corporate communication.
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines.

Marketing & Corporate Communication

Design high-quality creative assets including:

- Corporate brochures
- Annual reports
- Proposals
- Infographics
- Newsletters

Digital Marketing & Social Media

- Design engaging creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and other platforms.
- Design landing page graphics,



website banners and digital advertisements.

Motion Graphics & Video Production (Added Advantage)

- Create motion graphics, explainer videos and animated presentations.

Creative Leadership

- Maintain creative quality standards across all projects.
- Manage multiple assignments while adhering to strict timelines.

Qualifications

- Postgraduate Degree/Master's in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Animation or related discipline.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Brand Communication or Creative Marketing.
- Experience in B2B marketing, consulting, engineering, architecture, sustainability or infrastructure sectors will be preferred.

Software Proficiency (Mandatory)

Applicants should demonstrate advanced working knowledge of:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects

AI-Powered Creative Tools

- Canva Pro
- Midjourney or equivalent AI image generation platform

- Excellent spoken communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
