Key Responsibilities:

To lead and manage end-to-end operations across Production, Purchase, EXIM, Warehouse & Inventory, and Facility & Maintenance and Supply chain management , ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective business operations. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing resources, and aligning all functional activities with organizational goals.

Accountable For:

- Overall operational performance across Production, Purchase, EXIM, Warehouse & Inventory, Supply chain management and Facility & Maintenance
- Achievement of production targets in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines
- Effective inventory control and maintaining optimal stock levels
- Ensuring uninterrupted supply of raw materials and efficient procurement processes
- Compliance with EXIM regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Maintenance and uptime of plant, machinery, and facility infrastructure
- Cost control, budgeting, and improving operational efficiency
- Implementation and adherence to QMS, safety, and regulatory standards

Duties & Responsibilities:

Operations & Production Management

- Plan, organize, and oversee the entire production process to achieve output, quality, and cost targets
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
- Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Purchase & Supply Chain

- Oversee procurement planning and vendor management to ensure timely availability of raw materials and consumables
- Negotiate with suppliers for cost efficiency and quality assurance




- Strengthen supply chain processes to minimize delays and disruptions

EXIM (Export-Import) Operations

- Manage import/export activities in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with logistics partners, customs, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure timely documentation, shipment execution, and cost optimization

Warehouse & Inventory Management

- Oversee inventory planning, storage, and control to maintain optimal stock levels
- Implement systems for accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
- Ensure proper handling, storage conditions, and FIFO/FEFO practices

Facility & Maintenance

- Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of plant, machinery, and infrastructure
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Manage utilities, safety systems, and facility upgrades

General Duties:

- Drive cross-functional coordination between departments for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with QMS, regulatory, and safety standards
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and improve operational efficiency
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams across functions
- Prepare and present MIS reports and operational metrics to management
- Support business expansion and scalability initiatives

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Biology, Engineering, or related field
- Experience: More than 10 years of experience in operations/manufacturing, with exposure to multi-functional roles
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management
- Expertise in production planning, supply chain, and inventory control
- Knowledge of EXIM regulations and compliance
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with QMS and regulatory standards

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
