UiPath Test Automation Engineer – Workday & Coupa

About the Role

We are looking for a UiPath Test Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in UiPath Test Suite, Workday, and Coupa to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong QA/test automation experience and be comfortable working across functional, integration, regression, UI, and API testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using UiPath Studio – Testing Profile.
- Build and execute regression test suites for Workday HCM, including:
- HCM Core
- Talent & Performance Management
- Advanced Compensation
- Payroll/Benefits
- Recruiting
- Build and execute functional and regression test suites for Coupa, covering:
- Procurement / P2P
- Purchase Orders
- Invoicing
- Sourcing
- Supplier Management
- Perform testing before and after Workday bi-annual releases, including release assessment and feature impact testing.
- Use UiPath Test Manager for test case management, requirement traceability, and execution reporting.
- Configure and schedule test executions through UiPath Orchestrator, including unattended and scheduled test sets.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, UI, and API testing.
- Log, track, and manage defects through closure.
- Collaborate with HRIS, procurement, development, and IT teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain test data, environment readiness, and reusable automation components.
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines, where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of overall QA / Test Automation experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath Test Suite, including:
- UiPath Studio – Testing Profile
- UiPath Test Manager




- UiPath Orchestrator
- Test Robots
- Hands-on experience developing automated tests for enterprise SaaS/ERP applications.
- Experience building and maintaining automated regression suites covering functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Experience with both UI and API testing.
- Working knowledge of Workday, particularly:
- HCM Core
- Compensation / Advanced Compensation
- Talent & Performance Management
- Working knowledge of Coupa, particularly one or more of:
- Procurement / P2P
- Purchase Orders
- Invoicing
- Sourcing
- Supplier Management
- Basic API testing knowledge using Postman / REST.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
- Experience with defect management, test data management, environment readiness, and reusable automation components.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Workday bi-annual release testing and feature impact assessment.
- Experience integrating UiPath automation with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with HRIS, procurement, or other enterprise application teams.

Joining Bonus

Candidates who can join within 10–15 days may be eligible for a joining bonus of up to 20% of monthly salary, subject to a maximum payout of ₹1,00,000.

The bonus will be credited along with the first month's salary, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
