Transport Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Transport Manager to manage our fleet of heavy tanker vehicles and handle day-to-day driver and transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage driver recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave and daily allocation.
- Monitor driver performance, discipline, conduct and safety.
- Plan driver and vehicle deployment for daily trips.
- Assist with route planning and trip coordination.
- Handle driver complaints, issues and replacements.
- Monitor fuel usage and identify excessive/unnecessary consumption.
- Identify driver-related problems and recommend appropriate action to management.





Requirements

- 2–3 years of practical experience in transport/fleet operations.
- Experience managing heavy commercial vehicle drivers preferred
- Strong driver-management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle transport-related issues independently and responsibly.

Ideal candidate: A hands-on person who can effectively manage drivers and ensure smooth, protected and disciplined transport operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
