- Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates admitted to the NICU.
- Monitor and record vital signs, oxygen saturation, blood glucose, intake/output, and other clinical parameters.
- Closely observe neonates and immediately report any changes in clinical condition to the concerned doctor.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, antibiotics, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during neonatal procedures and emergencies.
- Provide care for neonates on ventilators, CPAP, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory support as per protocol.
- Maintain IV lines, feeding tubes, catheters, and other devices as required.
- Assist with blood sampling, IV cannulation, feeding, and other neonatal nursing procedures.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication records, observation charts, and other clinical documentation.
- Ensure proper feeding and nutritional care as per the neonatologist's instructions.
- Follow strict infection-control, hand-hygiene,



and biomedical waste-management practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of NICU equipment, emergency trolley, and essential supplies.
- Support and educate parents/attendants regarding newborn care and NICU-related instructions.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the safety, dignity, and comfort of every neonate.
- Coordinate with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments for timely patient care.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and quality standards.
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure proper communication of patient status.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Nursing In-charge / Management.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
