Job description

Telecaller to generate sales and revenue by communicating with potential and existing customers over phone calls. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products/services, handling customer queries, and closing sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Role & Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly

Generate leads and follow up on prospects

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/software

Address customer objections and resolve issues effectively

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing or support

Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends
