## About the Role

Ortmor is looking for an experienced Senior Branding Specialist who can lead branding projects from strategy and concept development through final execution.

We are looking for someone who thinks beyond logos and can build strong, modern, and distinctive brand identities for Ortmor and our clients.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop brand strategy, positioning, visual direction, and brand identity systems

* Create logos, typography systems, colour palettes, graphic languages, brand guidelines, and campaign concepts

* Develop moodboards, creative concepts, and multiple visual directions based on client briefs

* Create high quality client presentations, pitch decks, and branding proposals

* Provide creative direction and review work produced by designers and other creative teams

* Work on branding for events, exhibitions, experience centres, digital platforms, interactive installations, and physical environments

* Strengthen and maintain the Ortmor brand across presentations, website, social media, case studies, marketing, and other communication

* Present concepts confidently and explain the strategic thinking behind creative decisions

* Use AI and emerging creative tools for research, ideation, visual exploration, and productivity

## Requirements





* Minimum 6 years of professional branding or agency experience

* Solid portfolio showing complete branding projects and identity systems

* Excellent typography, layout, visual storytelling, and conceptual thinking

* Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

* Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, AI creative tools, and motion or three dimensional design is an advantage

* Ability to independently manage multiple branding projects

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Previous experience with creative agencies, advertising agencies, or branding studios is preferred

## Portfolio Requirement

Applicants should share a portfolio demonstrating brand identity development, brand guidelines, campaigns, presentations, and complete branding projects.

We are looking for a senior creative professional capable of improving the overall branding and creative quality of Ortmor and our client projects.

Pay: ₹20,236.47 - ₹1,570,371.60 per month
