- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems is an added advantage
- Willingness to learn and work in plant operations

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor STP systems and equipment
- Check water treatment processes and maintain records
- Ensure smooth functioning of pumps, motors, and treatment units
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the plant
- Report operational issues to the supervisor

Skills Required:

- Basic technical knowledge
- Good communication and teamwork
- Responsibility and punctuality
- Ability to handle field work
