Role Purpose
The Food Runner is responsible for ensuring the prompt, accurate, and professional delivery of food from the kitchen to guests' tables. The role acts as an important link between the kitchen and service team, helping maintain smooth coordination during service and ensuring that every dish reaches the correct table in the right sequence and at the appropriate temperature.
The Food Runner is expected to have a good understanding of table numbers, and seat positions. The role also involves assisting servers with clearing and resetting tables,
maintaining cleanliness of service areas, communicating delays or incorrect orders, and supporting the overall flow of restaurant operations.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, attentive, well-groomed, disciplined, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced restaurant environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to remain organized and composed during busy service periods.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
