About the Role

F2 Fintech is looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product discovery and strategy to development, launch, and continuous improvement.

The Product Manager will work closely with technology, business, sales, operations, credit, risk, compliance, and management teams to build and enhance fintech products that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

* Define product vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmap aligned with F2 Fintech's business goals.
* Identify new product opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, and business requirements.
* Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
* Develop and maintain short-term and long-term product roadmaps.

2. Product Development

* Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation to development, launch, and optimization.
* Create detailed PRDs, user stories, product requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
* Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery.
* Coordinate product testing, UAT, issue resolution, and successful deployment.
* Ensure products are scalable, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with business requirements.

3. Fintech & Lending Product Management

* Work on financial products and digital lending journeys such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Professional Loans, Home Loans, LAP, or other financial products.
* Understand and optimize customer journeys including lead generation, application, KYC, credit assessment, approval, documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement processes.
* Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams to incorporate appropriate controls into product journeys.
* Identify opportunities to improve approval rates, turnaround time,



customer experience, and operational efficiency.

4. Business & Stakeholder Management

* Work closely with Sales, Business, Operations, Credit, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams.
* Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate business needs into product requirements.
* Conduct regular product reviews with senior management.
* Ensure alignment between product development and commercial/business objectives.

5. Data & Product Analytics

* Track product KPIs and performance metrics.
* Analyze user behavior, conversion rates, drop-offs, turnaround time, and other relevant metrics.
* Use data-driven insights to identify product gaps and improvement opportunities.
* Develop and monitor dashboards and product performance reports.
* Conduct A/B testing and experiments where appropriate to improve product performance.

6. Customer Experience

* Understand customer pain points through feedback, research, and product analytics.
* Improve customer journeys and reduce friction across digital and operational touchpoints.
* Work with UI/UX teams to create intuitive and customer-friendly experiences.
* Monitor customer feedback and ensure relevant issues are addressed through product improvements.

7. Market & Competitor Research

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Track emerging fintech, lending, digital finance, and technology trends.
* Identify opportunities for new products, features, partnerships, and revenue streams.
* Benchmark F2 Fintech's products against relevant market offerings.

8. Product Launch & Continuous Improvement

* Develop product launch plans and coordinate with relevant departments.
* Prepare product documentation, training material, and internal communication for launches.
* Monitor product performance after launch and identify areas for optimization.




* Continuously improve products based on data, customer feedback, and business requirements.

Preferred Experience

* 3–7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within Fintech, NBFC, Banking, Lending, or Financial Services.
* Experience managing digital financial products or lending platforms will be preferred.
* Strong understanding of digital lending and financial technology ecosystems.
* Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams.
* Experience in building and scaling products from concept to launch will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
* MBA / PGDM in Product Management, Business, Finance, or a related specialization will be an advantage.

Compensation

CTC: ₹8–15 LPA, depending on experience, skills, current compensation, and relevant fintech/product exposure.

Performance-based revisions may be considered based on individual contribution, product performance, and achievement of assigned objectives.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a business-oriented Product Manager who can bridge the gap between technology and business. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with senior management as well as technical and operational teams, have strong ownership of product outcomes, and be capable of taking products from idea → development → launch → optimization.

Pay: ₹570,000.00 - ₹770,003.00 per year
