Job Description

 Responsible for architectural planning & drawing activities.

 Designing & Planning on AutoCAD and other tools.

 Experience in Commercial Buildings, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial proejcts.

 Working exposure of AutoCAD & Revit.

 Coordination with External Architects, Structural Consultants, Services & others.

 Development of overall Master Plan including area calculations, zoning,

 Landscape design, traffic circulation, phasing layout etc.

 To develop conceptual scheme on proposed site.

 Executes Design strategy in design of retail stores.

 Ability to generate creative work, while managing budgets and fast-paced

timelines.

 Produce design documents, presentations drawings and design details. Manage

schedules and monitor deadlines.





 Required Experience and Qualifications

 Job Requirement

 Project and/or program management experience.

 Expertise in Autocad

 Quick hand sketch ability a plus.

 Strong communication and design presentation skills.

 Robust design aesthetic.

 Ability to effectively communicate verbally, in writing and through

drawings/sketches.

 Excellent time management skills.

 Detail Oriented.
