10 to 15 years of experience in DevOps Site Reliability Engineering Cloud Infrastructure Platform Engineering or Enterprise Architecture

Proven experience defining enterprisewide platform strategies supporting multiple products engineering teams and business domains

Demonstrated success leading largescale cloud transformation modernization and platform engineering programs across distributed global organizations

Partners with Enterprise Architecture to ensure platform capabilities align with broader organizational technology strategy

Defines platform operating models that enable selfservice engineering while maintaining governance security and compliance

Leads architecture reviews and approves major platform design decisions ensuring consistency across global engineering teams

Establishes reliability engineering practices availability targets operational metrics and incident management standards

Oversees disaster recovery business continuity resiliency testing and operational readiness strategies

Mentors platform engineers technical leads architects and engineering teams while building longterm ar
