We Are Hiring – GeM Executive

Parevartan E-Verse Private Limited is looking for a GeM Executive to join our team in Noida.

Position: GeM Executive Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Noida Employment Type: Full time

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the company’s GeM Seller Account.
- Search and identify relevant GeM bids and tenders.
- Handle product listing and catalogue management.
- Prepare and submit GeM bids, quotations, and required documents.
- Monitor bid status, technical evaluation, financial evaluation, and reverse auctions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Purchase, and Operations teams.
- Manage GeM orders, dispatch, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain records of bids, orders, and sales.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all GeM requirements.

Requirements:





- Hands-on experience with the GeM Portal.
- Knowledge of product listing, bidding, and order processing.
- Understanding of government tenders and procurement.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in product-based companies, electrical, electronics, power, industrial, or IT products will be an added advantage.
