We’re looking for a Reasoning Faculty who can teach students how to think, not just how to solve questions.

Because in Reasoning, knowing a shortcut is useful.

But knowing where to start, which approach to use, and when to change your approach is what really makes a difference.

Some students are good at Reasoning until the question looks unfamiliar.

They know the tricks. They have practised hundreds of questions. They have seen the standard patterns.

And yet, one slightly different question can make them stop and think, “Where do I even start?”

At EduTap, we believe Reasoning is not just about learning shortcuts or solving questions faster.

It is about developing the ability to look at a problem, identify the right approach, and solve it with confidence.

Reasoning has its share of puzzles, arrangements, syllogisms, inequalities, logical deductions and a lot of practice.

But students don't necessarily need more questions.

They need someone who can help them see the pattern behind the question.

Someone who can explain how to approach a problem, not just show them its solution.

Someone who can tell them why one approach works better than another.

And someone who can gradually help a student move from:

“I know how to solve this question.”

to

“I know how to approach this type of problem.”

That is the kind of faculty we are looking for.

What you’ll do?

- Teach Reasoning for RBI Grade B, NABARD Grade A, SEBI Grade A and Banking Exams.

- Prepare and deliver engaging classes with a solid focus on conceptual clarity and problem-solving ability.

- Explain difficult reasoning concepts in simple, structured and relatable language.

- Help students understand the logic behind different question types rather than relying only on tricks and shortcuts.

- Analyse previous-year questions and understand how Reasoning is tested across RBI, NABARD,



SEBI and Banking examinations.

- Keep yourself updated with changing exam patterns, question types and difficulty levels.

- Identify where students are struggling and continuously work on better ways to explain those areas.

The role will involve much more than taking classes.

You will be involved in thinking about what students need to learn, how they should practise, and what can make Reasoning easier and more intuitive for them.

You will need to think beyond:

“What is the shortcut for this question?”

and ask:

“How can I teach the student to think through this problem?”

Because sometimes a student doesn't need another trick.

They need a better way of looking at the question.

And sometimes, the difference between getting a question right and getting it wrong is not knowledge.

It is approach, decision-making and practice.

We want a faculty member who understands that difference.

We are less interested in how difficult the question is and more interested in how you make the thinking process easier for a student.

It could be a student finally understanding a difficult question type, a problem you found a better way to explain, or simply a moment that changed the way you teach.
