 Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

 Promote and sell the company's products and services, including deposits, loans, and

insurance, directly to customers.

 Ensure the smooth functioning of all branch activities in accordance with company

policies and procedures.

 Maintain branch records, files, and operational documentation properly.

 Develop branch-level business growth strategies.

 Recruit Customer Relationship Executives (CRE)for branch business activities.

 Supervise, train, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve performance goals.

 Recruit field agents and business agents for business expansion.

 Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor their performance regularly.

 Achieve monthly sales targets by generating leads, converting prospects, and ensuring

consistent revenue growth.





 Share daily sales commitments and achievement updates in the assigned group

Experience :

1–3 years of experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance, NBFCs, Cooperative Societies), preferably in direct sales

Skills :

Team Management, Sales Leadership, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Communication Skills, Target Achievement, Branch Operations
