The selected candidate will communicate with prospective customers over the phone, understand their requirements, explain our products or services, and maintain accurate customer records. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Introduce and explain the company's products or services clearly. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication. Record customer interactions and update information in the CRM or company system. Schedule appointments or generate qualified leads when required. Address basic customer questions and direct complex queries to the appropriate team. Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, or lead-generation targets.
