Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage our human resources operations and support the company's growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.

- Prepare and post job vacancies through Indeed and other recruitment platforms.

- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate selections.

- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.

- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

- Manage payroll coordination and salary-related HR activities.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Handle employee queries, workplace concerns, and HR-related issues.

- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance reviews.

- Manage statutory and compliance-related HR requirements.

- Support training,



employee engagement, and team development.

- Coordinate with management and department heads on staffing requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.

- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

- Experience in the solar, electrical, construction, or similar industry will be an advantage.
