Job Description – Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end production operations for diapers, hygiene or similar non-woven products.
- Achieve daily, monthly and annual production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle production planning, manpower deployment and shift management.
- Monitor machine efficiency, productivity, wastage and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive cost reduction, process improvement and waste minimization.
- Maintain production reports, MIS and other manufacturing documentation.
- Lead, train and develop the production team.





Candidate Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in Production/Manufacturing.
- Mandatory/Preferred: Experience in diaper, baby hygiene, feminine hygiene, adult diaper, non-woven or similar hygiene-product manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and shop-floor operations.
- Experience handling high-speed production lines and manpower.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOP, quality systems and safety practices.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Candidates from diaper/hygiene manufacturing companies will be preferred.
