Maintenance Supervisor – Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across assigned outlets.
- Ensure timely resolution of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, civil, and equipment-related issues.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and inspections of outlet equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and AMC requirements.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, AMC schedules, and service reports.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and minimize operational downtime.
- Monitor maintenance-related expenses and ensure effective cost control.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company SOPs.




- Coordinate with Outlet Managers, Chefs, Operations, and other departments to address maintenance requirements.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent corrective measures.
- Support maintenance requirements for new outlet openings, renovations, and equipment installations.
- Manage and guide technicians/vendors working across the assigned outlets.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field.
- 5–8 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in restaurants, hotels, retail, malls, or commercial facilities.
- Robust knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and general facility maintenance.
- Good vendor-management and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel between outlets as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
