Job Profile

We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing IT profiles and helping with other HR-related activities.

Must have valuable hands-on English and Hindi, and local language will be an added advantage. Should be attentive and organized.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (mandatory)
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Qualification & Skills

- Proficient in use of MS Office and other tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Prerequisites

- 1–3 Years of IT Recruitment experience
- IT Recruitment experience is mandatory
- Good communication skills

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
