Technical Support – .NET

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support – .NET professional with strong hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, Web API, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and MS SQL Server. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing web-based applications while working closely with development and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using ASP.NET Core MVC.
- Analyze application issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain application components using C# and Web API.
- Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Work with databases involving table design, normalization, and denormalization.
- Use Dapper and/or Entity Framework Core for database interaction.
- Apply OOP principles, LINQ, Generics,



and multi-threading concepts while troubleshooting or developing solutions.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and other internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Use Git or SVN for source-code/version control.
- Understand and work with applications based on SOA or Microservices architecture.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and application support activities.

Required Technical Skills

ASP.NET Core MVC & C#

- Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core MVC.
- Proficiency in C#.
- Good knowledge of LINQ, Generics, and Web API.
- Strong understanding of OOP principles and multi-threading.
- Experience with Dapper and/or Entity Framework Core.

HTML, JavaScript & CSS

- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with relevant HTML/CSS/JavaScript frameworks or libraries.

SQL Server

- Strong experience with MS SQL Server.
- Knowledge of database/table design.
- Understanding of normalization and denormalization.
- Hands-on experience with Stored Procedures and Triggers.

Other Skills

- Experience with Git or SVN.
- Understanding of SOA and/or Microservices architecture.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in .NET application development/support.
