Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Structural & Civil Engineer to handle structural design, site execution, quality control, and coordination for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review structural and civil drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Perform structural analysis and design for RCC, steel, and other structural elements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Monitor site execution, construction quality, and structural works.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Review BOQs, material requirements, and quantity estimates.
- Identify and resolve structural and construction-related issues at site.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.




- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely project execution.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software such as STAAD.Pro/ETABS/SAP2000.
- Good knowledge of RCC, steel structures, foundation design, and construction practices.
- Understanding of structural drawings and civil construction methods.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and project management abilities.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil/structural design and site execution.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or real estate projects is preferred.
