We are looking for a Pre-Production Executive to manage and coordinate end-to-end pre-production activities, including casting, location scouting, call sheets, crew coordination, vendor management and shoot planning. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of ensuring smooth and timely shoot execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end pre-production planning and coordination for video and advertising shoot.
- Handle casting requirements, including identifying talent, coordinating auditions, sharing briefs, negotiating availability and confirming artists.
- Prepare and circulate shoot call sheets with complete details including timings, locations, cast, crew, requirements and schedules.
- Research, identify and coordinate shoot locations according to the creative brief and budget.
- Coordinate location visits, permissions, bookings and necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with directors, DOPs, production teams, clients, artists and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Arrange and coordinate crew, equipment, props, costumes, makeup, transport, catering and other shoot requirements.




- Prepare and maintain pre-production checklists, schedules, production documents and trackers.
- Coordinate with vendors and external production partners and ensure timely availability of required resources.
- Identify potential production challenges in advance and ensure timely solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with all stakeholders to ensure the shoot is fully prepared.
- Ensure all pre-production requirements are completed within the timeline and approved budget.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in pre-production, production coordination, advertising, media, film or a creative agency.
- Good understanding of advertising/video production workflows.
- Experience in casting, location scouting, call sheets and vendor coordination.
- Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Excellent follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Valuable knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and production documentation.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work flexible hours depending on shoot schedules.

Preferred

- Prior experience working on DVCs, TVCs, branded content, digital films or advertising campaigns.
- Existing network of casting agencies, artists, locations, vendors and production crew will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
