Apartment Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the apartment/society.
- Supervise security, housekeeping and maintenance staff.
- Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, lift, CCTV, DG and other maintenance work.
- Manage vendors, contractors, AMC and repair activities.
- Maintain attendance, visitor, complaint, maintenance and other records.
- Monitor cleanliness, security and common-area facilities.
- Assist in maintenance collection, expenses and basic administrative work.
- Prepare daily/monthly reports and coordinate with the Society Committee/Management.
- Ensure safety, discipline and proper implementation of society rules.

Skills: Valuable communication, staff management, vendor coordination, problem-solving and basic MS Excel/computer knowledge.

Education :- Any Graduate (Any stream)
