Work Experience

Minimum 3 years in Sales (Preferred in Elevator). Also candidates from Construction/ Real estate background.

Other requirements:

Good Communication Skills

Pleasing personality

Must have own Vehicle- (2-wheeler/ 4 wheeler)

1. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

2. Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met

3. Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met

4. Operate within allocated Sales Territory

5. Meet Monthly Targets of Sales

6. Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met

7. Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning.

8. Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.

9. Organize Client visits to Hybon Showrooms.

10. Get Quotations / Offers prepared for clients.

11. Negotiate and Close Contract

12.



Network with Architects and Consultants

13. Track and ensure timely payments from clients as per the Contract

14. Present Monthly Sales Performance to the MD.

Qualification:

Graduate/ BBA/ MBA

Salary CTC:

30K- 60K per month + Conveyance reimbursement + mobile SIM
