1. Proven experience managing YouTube channels, preferably in the entertainment or media industry.
2. Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
