What You’ll Be Doing:

As our IT Executive, you'll be the go-to tech hero for our teachers, staff, and students. Your day-to-day will include:

- School ERP Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for our school’s ERP system. You will manage user accounts, troubleshoot software glitches, ensure data backups, and guide staff on how to navigate the platform effectively.
- Classroom Tech Support: Ensuring our smart classes and audio-visual equipment are running smoothly so teachers can focus on teaching.
- Lab Management: Overseeing the school computer labs, ensuring all systems are updated and ready for students.
- Network & Hardware: Troubleshooting basic network issues, maintaining user access, and managing our hardware/software inventory.
- Everyday IT Help: Running a friendly L1/L2 helpdesk to assist staff with daily tech hiccups.




- Systems Management: Supporting our biometric attendance systems and ensuring campus tech security protocols are followed.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in IT support (Experience in a school or educational institution is a big plus!).
- Education: A relevant Diploma, ITI, or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or hardware/networking.
- Skills: Good knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi), and software installation. Familiarity with managing an ERP or school management system is highly preferred.
- Vibe: A patient problem-solver with a smile. Sometimes tech issues can be stressful for teachers, and your calm demeanor will save the day!
