Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Engineer with a background in ITI and specialization in welding and grinding work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality welding and grinding processes in our production line, maintaining equipment, and supporting our team in achieving production goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Welding Work:
- Perform various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc welding) as required by the project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Ensure welding equipment is properly set up and maintained.
- Conduct inspections to ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications.
- Grinding Work:
- Operate grinding machines and tools to remove excess material, smooth surfaces, and achieve the desired finish.
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on grinding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- General Mechanical Tasks:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and machinery.




- Collaborate with other engineers and production staff to improve processes and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications

- Education:
- ITI certification in Electrical or a related field.
- Additional certifications in welding or grinding will be an advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in welding and grinding work.
- Proven experience with various welding techniques and grinding processes.
- Skills:
- Robust technical knowledge of welding and grinding equipment and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
