Urgent Hiring – Inbound Sales Executive

We are looking for an Inbound Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, generate leads and convert interested customers into sales over the phone.

This is a full time, work-from-office opportunity in Sector 63, Noida. Freshers with good communication skills as well as candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, customer service or lead generation can apply.

- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month Fixed + Incentives
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Week Off: Rotational

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products
- Convert incoming enquiries into qualified leads and sales
- Perform telecalling and telesales activities
- Follow up with interested customers and existing leads
- Explain product features, benefits and pricing clearly
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic product-related queries
- Maintain customer information and follow-up records
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets




- Maintain good customer relationships and support customer retention
- Coordinate with the team for order and customer follow-ups
