Job Title: Warehouse Manager – Scuba Equipment

Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

We are a leading supplier of scuba diving equipment, catering to recreational divers, qualified divers, and defence & rescue teams. Our Navi Mumbai warehouse is the central hub for storage, order processing, and logistics management for clients across India and abroad.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using inventory management software, managing domestic & import shipments, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse/inventory management software.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, verify stock quality, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of scuba equipment to maintain product quality.

Order & Shipment Processing

- Process orders on Unicommerce for timely dispatch.
- Book outgoing shipments with courier partners like Bluedart, India Post, etc.
- Generate E-way Bills as required.
- Track shipments until delivery and resolve any delivery issues.

Import & Clearance Coordination





- Obtain competitive quotes for import shipments from freight vendors.
- Coordinate with CHA for checklist preparation, BOE documentation, and customs clearance.
- Provide timely updates on both incoming and outgoing shipments.

Team & Client Support

- Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist the sales team by managing inventory availability during client visits.
- Maintain clear communication with management regarding inventory status, shipments, and operational issues.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related field).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Unicommerce, Zoho Inventory, Tally ERP, etc.).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of shipment booking, e-way bill creation, and import clearance procedures.
- Basic understanding of scuba equipment is an advantage (training will be provided).

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
