Key Responsibilities
- Handle registration calls, verification, and confirmation.
- Manage CAF and candidate documentation.
- Coordinate document preparation, legal files, and GNP initial files.
- Handle refund-related processes.
- Maintain regular customer follow-ups and communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth candidate processing.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in CRM / Customer Relationship / Customer Support.
- EdTech or education industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
