Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Logistics Manager to manage and coordinate the complete logistics function across our factory, warehouse, transportation network, and project sites.

The role will be responsible for ensuring the timely, safe, and cost-effective movement of materials, finished products, furniture, equipment, and other project requirements from factory to site. The position requires close coordination with Production, Procurement, Projects, Site Teams, Warehouse, Suppliers, Drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project deliveries.

Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Dispatch Management

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations.
- Develop delivery schedules in coordination with Production, Project Management, and Site Teams.
- Coordinate the movement of raw materials, finished products, furniture, fixtures, tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Ensure finished products are properly packed, labelled, protected, and prepared for dispatch.
- Plan and arrange vehicles, drivers, loading teams, and other transportation requirements.
- Coordinate multiple deliveries to project sites based on project priorities and installation schedules.
- Monitor vehicle movements and delivery status and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure materials reach project sites safely and within the agreed delivery timelines.

Factory & Warehouse Coordination

- Coordinate with warehouse and factory teams for the timely availability and movement of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, dispatches, and transfers.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, loading, and unloading of materials.
- Coordinate the return of unused materials, tools, equipment, and other items from project sites.
- Monitor damaged, missing, rejected, or excess materials and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.

Transportation & Fleet Management

- Manage vehicle allocation and utilization based on daily delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, loading teams, and external logistics service providers.
- Monitor vehicle availability, movement, fuel consumption, and utilization.




- Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, and documentation.
- Ensure transportation activities comply with company safety procedures and applicable regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve vehicle utilization and reduce transportation costs.

Project Site Coordination

- Coordinate delivery schedules with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Installation Teams.
- Plan deliveries based on site access restrictions, unloading facilities, lifting requirements, and installation schedules.
- Ensure delivered materials are properly received, checked, and acknowledged by the site team.
- Resolve delivery-related issues including delays, shortages, damages, wrong materials, and site-access constraints.
- Maintain proper records of delivery acknowledgements and site-related logistics issues.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain delivery notes, dispatch documents, material transfer records, and receiving documentation.
- Maintain accurate logistics and transportation records.
- Prepare periodic reports covering dispatches, deliveries, vehicle utilization, transportation costs, delays, damages, and operational issues.
- Ensure all logistics documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Support management with logistics-related data and operational reports when required.

Team & Operational Management

- Supervise and coordinate logistics staff, drivers, helpers, and loading/unloading teams.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor daily operational activities.
- Ensure timely execution of planned deliveries and dispatches.
- Address operational issues promptly and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Identify process improvements to increase delivery efficiency and minimize material damage, loss, and delays.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, preferably within Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Furniture, Joinery, Manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Hands-on experience in factory dispatch, transportation coordination, warehouse operations, and project-site deliveries.
- Experience coordinating drivers, vehicles, loading teams, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Good understanding of material movement, delivery planning, inventory control,



and transportation operations.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and dispatch processes.
- Ability to manage multiple deliveries and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or logistics management software will be an added advantage.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
- Knowledge of local routes, transportation procedures, and project-site access requirements will be an advantage.
- Good command of English and effective communication skills.
