Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and introducing new products frequently.
- Coordinating with designers and suppliers for the new creations.
- Creating product range for collection and promotion launches.
- Monitoring sales performance of new introductions.
- Suggesting best sellers based on the design performance.
- Exit plan for non-moving designs.
- Understanding Trends and doing market research.
- Planning and preparing planograms for new stores.
- Review and suggest corrections in the Planogram of existing stores based on the required turn.
- Ensuring alignment of stores is above the threshold level.
- Visiting competition frequently, to understand their product offerings.




- Promotion offers and collection launches.
- Comparing their pricing strategy.
- Monitoring any changes in Buy back and exchange policy.
- Reviewing and maintaining the required product GP for each category.
- Suggest any changes or revisions of selling prices.
- Ensuring the prices are competitive in the market.
- Suggest pricing of current ingredients for management approval.
