Required Experience

Location- Chennai
Experience- 12 - 16yrs

12 years of experience in software engineering with 3 years in a backend or enterprise architecture role

Proven experience designing and delivering backend solutions in largescale enterprise environments

Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with global teams

Essential Skills

Deep expertise in Java 8 or higher with experience in Spring Framework Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Data

Experience designing and building microservices architectures using Spring Cloud and RESTful APIs

Strong understanding of JPAHibernate database integrations eg Postgres MySQL Firestore

Hands on experience in implementing cloud native solutions in GCP to address technical and business use cases

Proficiency with message brokers and asynchronous processing eg Kafka PubSub

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration Docker Kubernetes Serverless

Working knowledge of CICD pipelines eg Jenkins GitHub Actions

Knowledge of deployment options in cloud platforms like AWS EC2 ECS Lambda GCP or Azure for backend deployment

Experience with API documentation tools like SwaggerOpenAPI

Experience with caching strategies and frameworks eg Redis

Familiarity with DevOps practices monitoring tools eg Prometheus Grafana and observability frameworks SRE concepts

Familiarity with unit integration endtoend testing frameworks eg JUnit Mockito Playwright

Desired skills

Exposure to domaindriven design architectural decision records and solution documentation standards

Ability to guide technical teams conduct architecture reviews and mentor developers





Familiarity with load balancers API gateways CDNs

Experience in retail B2B Industry domain
