Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.

Drive sales through upselling, guest engagement, and local marketing initiatives.

Lead, train, coach, and motivate the service team to achieve sales and service excellence.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and brand compliance.

Monitor P&L;, control costs, and contribute towards achieving revenue targets.

Handle guest feedback and concerns while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Build relationships with local corporates, partners, and communities to drive repeat business.

6-8 years of experience in Fine Dining, Multicuisine, or All-Day Dining restaurant operations.

Proven track record of achieving sales and service targets.

Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Diploma/Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management preferred.

Hands-on experience with POS systems and restaurant operations.

Energetic, people-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
