KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate and develop qualified leads through social media, digital channels, referrals, networking and strategic partnerships.
- Respond to and qualify incoming enquiries across Instagram, website, WhatsApp, calls and other channels.
- Understand client requirements including project type, location, scope, budget and timeline.
- Convert leads into consultations, meetings, site visits and proposals.
- Own the sales pipeline from first enquiry to project closure.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and manage client relationships professionally.
- Coordinate with the Design & Project Teams for meetings, site visits and proposals.
- Build referral relationships with architects, builders, developers, brokers and real-estate professionals.
- Maintain accurate CRM/lead records and provide weekly sales pipeline reports.
- Achieve monthly & quarterly conversion and revenue targets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR





- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition.
- Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, construction, luxury/home or design & build is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable handling high-value, consultative sales.
- Well-organised and proficient with Excel/Google Sheets & CRM tools.
- Solid professional network in Bengaluru is an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
