Job Description:

- Should have basic experience with animation principles.
- Must have experience in creating short-form video content, reels, and social media promotional videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media formats, pacing, hooks, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Strong learning capability and willingness to explore new design, animation, and AI tools.
- Good understanding of aesthetics and animated canvas.
- Able to understand project requirements and handle projects independently.
- Create and Edit Videos for all projects and use motion for the created videos
- Strong learning capability.
- Should be comfortable working with the team.
- Strong expertise in Motion Graphics, with a blend of creative visualization, modern design,



and typography.
- Handling DSLR cameras for internal photo/video shoots and enhancing footage with effects and elements to produce high-quality videos.
- Basic knowledge of UI design is a plus, as it may be required for certain UI-related tasks and team collaboration.

Skills required:

- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Demonstrated experience in a graphic and motion design position.
- Knowledge of AI tools for image/video generation, animation, and creative ideation.
- A strong portfolio that highlights one's creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent time-management and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of Figma, DaVinci Resolve, and Blender 3D is a plus.
