Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager (GM) to achieve high-end sales target, ensure sales performance, team management, and overall growth of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing departments, and ensuring smooth operational activities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage sales of the company

· Develop and implement sales and business growth strategies

· Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of company targets

· Handle client relationships and key business partnerships

· Coordinate with sales,



marketing, HR, and accounts departments

· Ensure smooth execution of projects and operational activities

· Prepare business reports and present performance updates to management

· Maintain company policies, discipline, and operational standards

Requirements

· Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Real Estate at Kharar-Kurali, Mohali, Chandigarh

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent communication and decision-making abilities

· Ability to handle multiple departments and operations
